As the collation of the results from the presidential election continues, Lagos state had so far continued to announce it’s results, where a total of 17 local government areas of the state had been called.
According to Premium Times news, Peter Obi of the labour party who was behind Bola Tinubu of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC after results of 12 local government areas were announced had now overtaken the former governor of Lagos state after a total of 17 local government areas were recently announced.
Peter Obi who was leading Tinubu, despite having triumphed in only 7 local government areas in the state compared to the 10 which the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC presidential candidate had garnered has so far generated certain reactions from people on the social media space.
One particular user who seemed quite surprised to the development pointed out that he his imagining how possible Tinubu will lose in his own territory.
While there were some with such opinion that the people have spoken, another particular user pointed out that one should wait until the remaining 3 local government areas in tbe state, especially Alimosho local government area.
