Chelsea legend, Pat Nevin, believes that winger Christian Pulisic is a very popular player among his teammates.
Pulisic scored for Chelsea as they defeated Wolves 3-0 in a Premier League tie on Saturday.
The USA international scored the second goal of the game for Graham Potter’s side at Stamford Bridge.
His teammates, Kai Havertz and Armando Broja were also on the score sheet.
“What was most noticeable after that [goal], every single Chelsea player, bar the goalkeeper, ran right to the corner to go all over Pulisic, to say ‘We’re with you mate’.
“He’s a very popular player, and that’s a very popular goal around here,” Nevin said to BBC Radio 5 Live.
Pulisic’s goal against the Wolves was his only goal for Chelsea so far this season in ten games.
