Big Brother Naija reality TV star, Patrick Fakoya popularly known as Rico Swavey is in a critical condition following his involvement in a ghastly motor accident.
According to Rico Swavey’s colleague, Alex Asogwa, the former was involved in a ghastly motor accident some hours ago.
