Zinedine Zidane and Luis Enrique, former managers of Real Madrid and Barcelona, are both ‘in the running’ to lead Chelsea.Enrique and Zidane, who are both vying to succeed Potter as Chelsea’s manager, are the two most well-known figures to be connected to the position.
Chelsea are currently in 10th position in the Premier League table with 14 points behind the top four.
Enrique and Zidane, are both currently without a club to manage.
Enrique resigned after Spain’s elimination from the round of 16 of the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar as manager of the country’s national team.In contrast, Zidane hasn’t had a job since leaving Real Madrid in 2021.
