On Thursday, President-elect Bola Tinubu stated that when he takes office, his administration would uphold the rule of law, justice, and fairness.
Tinubu remarked in Abuja when he hosted members of his All Progressives Congress, APC’s, Sen. Abdullahi Adamu-led National Working Committee, NWC, on a celebratory visit to his house.
“It would be a fair administration led by the rule of law, justice, and fairness,” stated the former Lagos State governor. It will be difficult work from the start.
“And we’re going to work together to construct a government for and by the people.”
“We garnered a great commitment from Nigerians,” he remarked. We were open and honest from the start. We were steadfast in our beliefs.
“If we win, we told Nigerians that we will work for all Nigerians.”
“I’m dedicated to bringing the country together. Indeed, there must be losers and winners in every contest, particularly democratic competitions.”
According to the DRILLOGIST, Tinubu was declared the victor of the February 25 presidential election on Wednesday morning.
The former Lagos State governor beat Atiku Abubakar of the PDP, Peter Obi of the Labour Party, and Rabiu Kwankwaso of the NNPP, among others.
