The Ogun State Police Command has provided an explanation for their efforts to apprehend Nigerian singer Portable.
The Zazuu Crooner got into a brawl with some police officers early on March 28 when they invaded his restaurant in Ogun State.
The music legend resisted the security guards’ attempts to take him into custody and questioned their justification.

He insisted on remaining in his office and said a Yahoo boy had asked them to fetch him and a few of his colleagues up.
According to state police spokesperson Abimbola Oyeyemi, Portable was told to report to the police five times in response, but he refused each time.
According to Abimbola, he was asked to be interviewed as a result of a complaint made against him.
“We also invited him through his father like two times, but he did not show his face,” he continued.
The police moved to court to ask for an arrest warrant after Portable turned down the offer, the police official claimed.
When the police arrived to make the arrest, Portable undressed naked upon spotting them in order to cause a scene.
“To apprehend him, we’ll use the least amount of force possible. Law is not bigger than portable. Added the police spokesperson
