The general public of India, Nigeria, and all other countries should be aware and careful of name Ravi Jain, an employee of Elite Marketing Service a company suspected to be running business in India but also have business ties in United State of America, Singapore and Dubai.
This company started a conversation with one of our affiliates sales person for us to serve them adverts on our programmatic platform. They requested that we run a test campaign of $5,000 and demanded that we use the budget completely for the test that after the test campaign, they will contract additional work with us worth $100,000.
We have finished the test campaign and according to him we delivered and waited for a while to get the money for the test campaign and also to get additional campaign of $100,000. This took almost a month after series of begging and follow-request.
After about 3weeks, he came back and made additional request that we should continue the campaign by spending $40,000 and confirmed that he will be paying us once the budget is finish, for us to believe him, he immediate made $10,805 so we can proceed with the campaign and we did continue with the campaign.
Suddenly we started to notice series of back on forth after we demanded for him to remit the $40,000 as at the time we have made consumed impressions worth $18,678+, we demanded because we don’t want this to take additional long period for us to get our payment as we literally kept on with constant messaging to get him to pay the $10,805. By the time we got a response from Ravi Jain, he said he told our sale affiliate to stop the campaign until then He didn’t stop the campaign.
From all our conversation, Ravi Jain never stated specifically that we should stop any campaign. He share different Whatsapp links as the landing page for his campaign and we have been pushing the traffic to these different link until we demanded for payment. Mr Ravi Jain suddenly claimed no traffic got to him, from our Dashboard, over 50,000 users from India Clicked the adverts and landed on the Whatsapp Link. The attached screenshots shows the Link and the result of the campaign deployed.
Overall Campaign Impressions Delivered
We have pleaded with him to pay us since he claimed he is working with another partner in India, and he won’t be working with us again. That the former company He was working with has gotten resolution for the problem They are having on their DSP and their CPC and CPM is now better. So He would like to proceed with them and we said no problem, you can proceed with them however, kindly clear our $18.6K+ before moving ahead with them.
Today, I noticed he deleted his account by himself believing we won’t have any evidence about the campaign once the campaign has been deleted, here is the evidence after checking his profile on our portal.
By deleting his profile on our portal means Ravi Jain doesn’t want to pay the balance and he feels anything will happen. Nigerians and other Ad platform/advert agency should be careful of this man.
If at all you will have any business with the company, please ensure you get your payment ahead before starting any project for them.

The reasons for duplication of the same campaign was because He demanded for us to ensure we spend the entire budget today. And also requested that we should duplicate the campaign for him. He also duplicated some by himself.

We have begged him through series of messages and WhatsApp chats but he refused to respond. He initially said he will speak to his finance and once they approve the payment, he will update us. We kept following up with him and he has even refused to respond back to us for the past 3-4weeks. A transaction that was complete within 2-3days taking over 2months for payment to be remitted. We didn’t plan for this.
We shared Insertion Order with him for him to sign and make payment before we will proceed with his campaign, he requested and begged for us to give him 7days for him to make payment, his 7days request is now over 50days now. The unfortunate thing is that he reads our messages and has refused to respond to us on when exactly to expect the payment. Now that we are left with no other option, we are pleading with the general public to desist from allow this guy called Ravi Jain and his company Elite Marketing Service through his email [email protected] cause damage to your business.
