In an interview with Ebuka, evicted big brother naija housemate, Groovy made some revelations about his complicated triangle with Amaka and Phyna.
Recall that during their time in the house, Amaka and Phyna had a bit of squabble over Groovy, with Amaka insisting that Phyna stole Groovy away from her. The issue started when Groovy’s love interest, Beauty was disqualified from the house. Amaka immediately told her friend, Phyna that she had a thing for Groovy and would like to make a move towards him. Phyna agreed to speak to Groovy on her behalf but ended up in a romantic relationship with him instead.
During the interview with Ebuka, Groovy was asked what he thinks about the situation between him, Phyna and Amaka. He was asked why he chose to go for Phyna, instead of Amaka even after finding out that Amaka had a thing for him. In response, Groovy said that he had no idea that Amaka had a thing for him and only went for Phyna because he liked her.
He made some revelations about his relationships and friendships with other girls in the house. He said that he liked Ilebaye but she stayed away from him because he was already involved with Beauty, so he had to let her be. Concerning Chomzy, he revealed that he would’ve sort for a relationship with Chomzy if he was in the level 1 house with her.
Concerning Beauty, he said that although both of them can never get back together as couples, he still wants them to be really cool friends. Finally, he confirmed his relationship with Phyna, adding that whatever he has with her is very serious.
