Reality TV Star and ex-Big Brother Naija lockdown housemate, Wathoni has shared a video narrating how voting in one of the polling units in her area was disrupted following gunshots which caused chaos and made people run helterskelter for their safety.
However, the BBNaija star and her cousin also sustained minor injuries. Wathoni showed both of her elbows which were bruised and showed her cousin briefly as well. According to her, she used her elbows to protect herself from being stepped on by people as majority of them fell to the ground during the stampede when they all heard the gunshot.
Wathoni noted that she casted her own vote successfully at her polling unit, and it was her cousins polling unit that the chaos took place which made a lot of people not to vote.
Wathoni also disclosed that someone carried all the ballot boxes away while the gunshots and stampede was happening.
