Following the BBtitans Week 5 Head of House game won by Thabana (Thabang and Nana), the remaining 18 housemates were called into the diary room individually to nominate two paired housemates each they want to evict from the Big Brother Titans house during the Week 5 Sunday live eviction show on February 19, 2023. Note that by winning the Head of House game this week, Thabana has gained immunity from nomination. Here are the nominations.
Following the nomination process, the Head of house winner Thabana (Thabang and Nana) were called upon to use their veto power to save one housemate pair and replace with another. They saved Juvone (Justin and Yvonne) and replaced them with Royals (Ebubu and Tsatsii).
