Former Big Brother Naija Season 9 housemate Ben expressed his shock upon discovering the marriage twist between fellow contestants Kellyrae and Kassia.
“It’s like they were playing two cards. The outside world knew they were married, but none of us inside the house had a clue.”
Recalling moments during games like Truth or Dare, Ben mentioned how Kassia would avoid kissing anyone, claiming she couldn’t kiss anyone who wasn’t her boyfriend. “Little did we know, the person she was refusing to kiss was her husband!”
Ben praised the duo for their clever gameplay, noting, “They played the game really well, and no one caught on for eight weeks—two whole months. They are the real double agents, not me, who was just tasked with stealing eggs!” he said, laughing at the situation.
Despite potential backlash, Ben believes that their unique strategy enhances the show’s entertainment value. “Even if they don’t bring any other content beyond their marriage, I still think it’s a strategy that will keep them in the house. People will want to see how it unfolds,” he concluded.
