Bayern Munich icon, Thomas Muller has reacted to the Champions League draw that will see Robert Lewandowski return to Germany to face his former club.
Bayern Munich were drawn with Barcelona in the Champions League on Thursday and Lewandowski, who left Bayern this summer, after eight years, will be back in Bavaria.
Bayern and Barcelona are pitted together in Group C, alongside Inter Milan and Viktoria Plzen.
And after the draw was confirmed, Muller sent a message to Lewandowski via Instagram.
“What a nice draw for all football fans! Mr LewanGOALski, see you soon in Munich! “Let’s rock the Champions League season,” Muller said.
