Celebrity barman and socialite, Cubana Chief Priest has confirmed the reports of an attack on his convoy by unknown gunmen.
In a swift reaction to the deadly attack, the socialite faulted several reports that claimed the incident happened in Imo state.
It was gathered that he nearly escaped death following the incident that saw his attackers riddle his convoy with bullets.
Releasing a statement, Cubana Chief Priest shed more light on the issue.
He debunked some false news, making rounds about the incident.
Cubana confirmed the incident and assured the public that all his people were safe and sound.
He appreciated all who called and sent messages to check up on him.
Cubana stated that the incident happened in Anambra and not Imo as many media outlets reported.
He further stated that the incident happened on his way to work in Asaba.
“God Did!!! The marathon continues, all my people are safe & sound thanks for all the calls & messages, Imolites make una no mind @instablog9ja shit never happened here in Imo, it happened in Anambra on my way to work in Asaba, fact remains, the entire southeast needs to be sanitized completely”.
