The Premier League enters Match Day 9 this weekend.
On Saturday, there will be five fixtures and four on Sunday.
Monday Night’s Football will see Nottingham Forest continue their fight to stay afloat when they take on Aston Villa.
So, which games are we likely to see upsets?
1. Chelsea vs Wolves: Against Crystal Palace last week, Graham Potter would have left Selhurst Park knowing they escaped with three points. Although they blew AC Milan in the Champions League in midweek, Wolves will be a different kettle of fish. And with Bruno Lage sacked, there could be a reaction from the team at Stamford Bridge.
2. Brighton vs Tottenham: Tottenham’s North London hangover carried on into their Champions League clash against Frankfurt which lasted 0-0. Antonio Conte’s men looked out of sorts and their issues could be compounded by Brighton, who held Liverpool to a 3-3 draw an Anfield, in what was manager Roberto De Zerbi’s debut.
3. Everton vs Man Utd: Erik ten Hag’s men have not looked convincing in their last two fixtures. First, they were absolutely hammered by Manchester City 6-3 at The Etihad, before they scraped through a narrow 3-2 win over Omonia Nikosia in the Europa League. Next up for United is a trip to Everton, who currently have the best defence in the Premier League.
