Aston Villa boss, Unai Emery has warned his side to expect a wounded Manchester City this Sunday.
The Cityzens were recently slammed with over 100 charges by the Premier League over finance fair play
City were charged with numerous alleged breaches of financial rules and the Premier League referred the case to an independent commission.
Pep Guardiola’s side, who are the reigning title holders, are second in the Premier League table, five points behind Arsenal going into this weekend’s fixtures.
“Maybe it’s going to be more difficult now with the issues they are having,” Emery said ahead of Aston Villa and Manchester City clash.
“I think they’re going to be together and they are going to try and respond on the pitch against us.
“Manchester City are building a team to win the Champions League and they are getting close to doing it.”
