The long-awaited brand-new reality TV show, Big Brother Titans, is almost here as the date draws nearer and photos of the house begin to surface online.
The reality TV show will feature housemates from Nigeria and South Africa under the name Big Brother Titans.
The show was announced on Tuesday, October 4th, 2022 following the conclusion of the Big Brother Naija season 7 level-up show which was won by Ijeoma Josephina Otabor popularly known as Phyna.
The show will start on Sunday 15th January 2023 and will run for 72 days. The winner of Big Brother Titans season 1 will be walking home with a cash prize of $100,000 and other prizes.
The first edition of Big Brother Titans will be hosted in South Africa. This means that the Big Brother house where selected housemates will live will be sited in South Africa.
The Big Brother Titans will be aired on DSTV and GOTV platforms across Africa. The show will all be streamed on SHOWMAX platform for viewers all over the world. The show will be available on the following channels;
DSTV – Channel 198 (Nigeria and South Africa)
GOTV – Channel 29 (Nigeria only)
Big Brother Titans is the fusion of the Nigerian and South African versions of the Big Brother franchise, where contestants live in an isolated house and compete for a cash prize at the end of the show by avoiding being evicted from the house by the viewers, who would vote on their favourite housemates to stay on the show.
