The post is coming after the songwriter won one of the world’s biggest music awards in a recent event
It is no longer news that the Grammy Awards went down on Sunday and as usual, musicians were rewarded for the works they put out in the last year
One of the gainers during the eventful night was Tems, as she bagged the biggest musical award since her debut in the music industry
Tems was listed in the category of the Best Melodic Rap Performance and she clinched it
She won with her contribution to the hit song “Wait For You” which had Drake and Future on it
However, Since she was awarded, Nigerians have been sending congratulatory messages to her
Many of her colleagues in the industry as well have been speaking very highly of her
In a bid to celebrate her, the All Progressive Congress posted her and congratulated her on the official page
Her picture was posted with the caption ” congratulations Tems baby on Grammy Award – a first for a female Nigerian artiste
