Suspected kidnappers have reportedly kidnapped Sahabi Halidu Ibrahim, the youngest son of Chief of Fadan Ayu, in Sanga Local Government Area of Kaduna State
DRILLOGIST learnt that the gunmen, who stormed the resident of the Chief on Saturday, at about 11pm, came to take him away, but met only his son.
Confirming the abduction, the Ayu Traditional Council Secretary, Jibril Adamu Muhammed said from all indications, the attackers were after the traditional ruler because they went straight to his room and started shooting.
According to him, the gunmen fired many gunshots on his door but God protected him.
He said as the attackers found it difficult to get away with the Chief, they took his youngest son, Sahabi.
According to him, when the kidnappers called for negotiation before the release of the victim, his mother picked, but the abductors insisted on negotiating with the father.
