Former BBNaija housemate, Mike Edwards has made history at the ongoing Commonwealth Games.
Though missing out on earning a medal, it was a huge honor for the reality star to finally represent Nigeria and the entire African Continent at 22nd edition of the Commonwealth Games.
Mike Edwards took part in men’s high jump final at the event in Birmingham, UK, jumping a height of 2.19m. He came 6th at the 2022 Commonwealth Games.
Celebrating his achievement, Edward shared a video of the event and wrote:

WHAT AN HONOR TO FINALLY REPRESENT NIGERIA 🇳🇬 AND THE ENTIRE AFRICAN CONTINENT 🌍 AT THE COMMONWEALTH GAMES ✅ 6TH IN THE FINAL AND SO MANY EMOTIONS TO PUT IN WORDS. THANK YOU ALL FOR TAKING THIS JOURNEY WITH ME ❤️ SEASON ‘22 #JOBFINISHED 🙏🏿”
