Peter Obi, the Labour Party presidential candidate, has come under criticism on social media after an audio of a phone call in which he begged Pastor David Oyedepo of Living Faith Church to persuade his followers to vote for the Labour Party in the 2023 presidential elections surfaced. He referred to it as “Religious War.”
But, renowned Nigerian politician Senator Chimaroke Nnamani has slammed the Labour Party’s presidential candidate, Mr Peter Obi, for his statements. Nnamani went on to say that throughout the campaign, when Peter Obi advised voters not to vote for him because he was a Christian, it was a clear code that validated everything.
In his own words,
“Peter Obi deflowered the virgin innocence of political patriotism and nationalism in Nigeria.
