Some worried Nigerians have pleaded to Nollywood actress and filmmaker, Judy Austin to give May Edochie and her children a chance to spend some time with their father.
This is coming after Judy Austin announced that she has started another movie production with Yul Edochie, just right after he was on same set with her for over a month shooting ‘The Widow’s story.’
“Day 1 on my new production of FEAST OF THE SPIRITS!!! can only be God!! Starring: @yuledochie,’ she captioned her post on Instagram.
This obviously didn’t go down well with some fans who took to the comment section to express their displeasure.
Elladera wrote: Allow this man spend some time with his first family before you embark on another production. Abi na now Una wan win Grammy.”
Chineyduru wrote: “You people just concluded a movie. You have logged in another one. Or is it a way of keeping him away from his first family? Give him space small nau at least let him be balancing the equation. No b only you Yul Edochie marry oh.’
Eujalab wrote: “Ha na movie project you dey take hold Yul Edochie down. Anyways na through movie project you take get am.”
Recall that Judy Austin had earlier chronicled her journey as producer in the highly competitive Nigerian movie industry.
The controversial filmmaker via her Instagram page revealed that she was groomed to be a better actress by her husband, Yul Edochie.
JudyAustin further appreciated God for how far she had come in harnessing her craft.
She wrote: “One of the challenging and also most exceptional thing about being an Actor is not just being able to interpret your role but also becoming your character completely!!!
There’s a reason people think of @mercyjohnsonokojie when they watch my movies, she’s one of the realest and exceptional actor Nollywood ever created.
I wasn’t this deep and real in my interpretation of a character until I was directed by His Excellency @yuledochie
oh he brought out the extraordinary act in me!!!
I’m proud to say that he moulded me into the actress that I am today…
And God will continue to bless you for me.
Once I’m producing, it’s extremely difficult to distract me with anything else cos I direct all my energy, focus and time to it till the job is completed!
