Renowned Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo, has urged the organizers of the Big Brother Naija reality show to pardon contestant, Ilebaye.
As reported by Drillogist, Ilebaye got into a physical altercation with co-housemate, CeeC, after the Saturday night party, culminating in her pulling CeeC’s wig.
In defense of Ilebaye, Iyabo Ojo posted on Instagram on Sunday, highlighting the immense stress that comes with standing up for oneself.
She requested the showrunners to show leniency towards Ilebaye, stating: “@official_mercyeke is my favorite, I’m backing her completely. However, I also have a soft spot for @ilebaye. Asserting oneself can occasionally be extremely taxing and influence reactions. She will learn to manage her responses better with maturity. But for now, @bigbronaija, please don’t evict her yet. I am seeking forgiveness on her behalf. I implore her to control her temper as well.”
