As part of its nationwide financial service expansion, TAJBank Limited, a supplier of non-interest banking services, has opened a branch in Apapa, Lagos.
The launch of the Apapa branch was part of the board’s and management’s ambitions to create more branches within a few months across the six geo-political zones, according to a statement released by TAJBank over the weekend.
The founder and managing director of TAJBank, Mr. Hamid Joda, stated during the opening ceremony that Apapa was chosen as the starting point for the bank’s branch network expansion in the South West due to its strategic role in the country’s business operations and the need to provide customers with real-time, technology-driven world-class services.
He said, “We are very excited to begin the deepening of our non-interest and customer-focused products and services in Apapa, Lagos as we commence the expansion of our services across the geo-political zones of the country.”This is a mega branch based on the investments in technologies and solutions and the caliber of human resource we are putting in place here,” the bank said. “We intend to offer what other banks are not offering in terms of value-addition to our customers,” it added.
