Manchester United rejected an approach from West Ham for defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka.
Manager Erik ten Hag decided to keep Wan-Bissaka after failing to sign a new right-back.
The defender was signed by the Red Devils from Crystal Palace for £50m in 2019.
Meanwhile, John Murtough, Manchester United Football Director, has confirmed the arrival of Antony from Ajax.
“Antony is one of the most exciting young talents in European football and has exactly the right profile for the attacking, dynamic team Erik is building,” he told the club’s official website.
“We have been especially impressed by his desire to join Manchester United, and to be part of a long-term project to get the club back to the levels of performance we all expect.”[/i]
