On social media, a popular video showing three men pushing a Blue Line Rail train has drawn harsh criticism.
President Muhammadu Buhari inaugurated the 13-kilometer line’s Marina Terminal (Marina – Mile 2) in January.
The video, which the Lagos State Government on Sunday referred to as propaganda, has had many Nigerians are making fun of the authorities.
Kolawole Ojelabi, a representative of Corporate Communication for the Lagos Metropolitan Area Transport Authority (LAMATA), earlier released a statement claiming that the tape was doctored.

Four people are allegedly seen pulling one of the train sets that is due to be deployed for passenger operations, according to a doctored video clip seen by LAMATA.
