The Olympic Eagles will be up against Guinea in the final qualifiying round for the 2023 Africa U-23 Cup of Nations in March 2023.
Nigeria will host the first leg at the Lekan Salami Stadium, Adamasingba, Ibadan, between March 20-28.
The reverse fixture will hold a week later in Conakry.
The overall winners will compete at the U-23 AFCON in Morocco next year.
The Olympic Eagles defeated the Serengeti Boys of Tanzania 3-1 on aggregate to secure a place in the final round of the qualifiers.
Guinea on the other hand, made it through after Uganda withdrew from the qualifiers.
The U-23 AFCON will serve as the qualifier for the 2024 Olympic Games to be staged in Paris, France.
