[VIDEO] Erica Nlewedim opens up on the mental health drain towards the end of BBNaija show

The popular reality star, Erica Nlewedim, finally opens up about her mental health during the conclusion of the BBNaija show she participated in.

It would be recalled that the reality star partook in the season 6 edition of the show before getting disqualified.

This comes amidst the new season of the biggest reality show in Africa, which premiered barely 24 hours ago.

In a recent interview with Chude Jideonwo, Erica declares that she was not in the right state of mind; one which affected her mood.

“Well, because of my mental health, when I was in the House, towards the end of my stay I was getting really sad like I wasn’t smiling anymore, I was not happy.

Then coming out in that shocking way, coming to face the world and hearing all the things people had to say about me and seeing all the love knowing that oh I have a new…it was just a lot of things to take in at the same time.

Plus knowing that my life has changed. I’m just trying to adjust so many things, so I needed that time, I didn’t want to just be overwhelmed and must breakdown or something, that was the best thing.”
