Famous Nigerian rapper Olamide Adedeji, simply known as Olamide, has wowed his fans with his incredible Yoruba accent at the just concluded Headies 2022 Awards.
The YBNL boss won the Best Rap Album category beating four others to bag the award.
During his speech presented at the 2022 Headies Awards night, Olamide recognized his crew’s efforts, who had tirelessly worked to achieve the awards. He also appreciated the organizers of the Headies Awards.
While leaving the stage, Olamide notified the audience that he would communicate in the Yoruba dialect as the street was still in charge.
Olamide shared a photo of himself, Asake and Fireboy on his Twitter page with a challenging caption.
He wrote: Street shi wa in charge.
Olamide’s win at the 2022 Headies Awards broke his long time record of winning the headies. He won his last headies awards in 2015.
