It was a battle of Afrocentric fashion over the weekend as Toyin Abraham, Bimbo Ademoye, Sharon Ooja, Bisola Aiyeola, and Aisha Lawal stormed filmmaker Kunle Afolayan’s Anikulapo movie premiere in gorgeous outfits.
Anikulapo movie will arrive on Netflix on September 30 and it features Kunle’s aunt Toyin Afolayan, Sola Sobowale, Adebayo Salami, Faithia Williams, Bimbo Ademoye, Kunle Remi Ronke Oshodi-Oke, Sunday Omobolanle, Taiwo Hassan, Dele Odule, Adewale Adeoye, Aisha Lawal, content creators Ikorodu Boiz, Macaroni and Hollywood star Hakeem Kae-Kazim.
Kemi Filani reports that the star-studded movie premiere was held in Lagos on Sunday and many celebrities showed up rocking their best traditional attire.
Dressed as an Ifa priestess, Bimbo wore an all-white silver stoned dress with a white veil,
Sharon turned up the heat for the premiere, she wore a stylish aso-oke crop top and skirt. Bisola rocked a dazzling black gown, while Aisha Lawal stormed the event in a mini gown.
Others who attended the event include Sola Sobowale, Kunle Remi, Tunde Kelani, Adebayo Salami, Uzee Usman, Toyin Abraham, and her husband Kolawole Ajeyemi.
